sec.89 Purposes of fund
The purposes of the fund are— to implement the job security guarantee; and to ensure a sufficient number of workers have the necessary skills to ensure the safe and reliable operation of publicly owned coal-fired power stations, to the extent the power stations are required to support the achievement of the strategic infrastructure path objectives. s 89 amd 2025 No. 30 s 56
