sec.75 Appointment
The Minister may, by gazette notice, appoint any of the following entities to be a hub design body, if the entity is appropriately qualified— a government entity; a regulatory body established under an Act of the Commonwealth; a government agency of the Commonwealth. s 75 amd 2025 No. 30 s 52
- (a) a government entity;
- (b) a regulatory body established under an Act of the Commonwealth;
- (c) a government agency of the Commonwealth.
