sec.74 Regulation about transmission services
To support the application of a provision of this division to a transmission network service provider, a regulation may declare that a transmission service provided by the service provider is taken to be a negotiated transmission service, non-regulated transmission service or prescribed transmission service under the National Electricity Rules. In this section— transmission service has the meaning given by the National Electricity Rules. (sec.74-ssec.1) To support the application of a provision of this division to a transmission network service provider, a regulation may declare that a transmission service provided by the service provider is taken to be a negotiated transmission service, non-regulated transmission service or prescribed transmission service under the National Electricity Rules. (sec.74-ssec.2) In this section— transmission service has the meaning given by the National Electricity Rules.
