sec.58 Application of subdivision

This subdivision— applies in relation to a transmission network or a part of a transmission network if the transmission network or the part of the transmission network becomes the hub transmission network, or a part of the hub transmission network, for a regional energy hub; and applies in relation to transmission assets if the transmission assets become hub controlled assets for a regional energy hub. For applying this subdivision in relation to a transmission network or a part of a transmission network mentioned in subsection (1) (a) — a reference to the hub transmission network is a reference to the hub transmission network for a regional energy hub that the transmission network or the part of the transmission network has become or has become part of; and a reference to the relevant event is a reference to the commencement of the regulation under section 38 (1) or 39 that includes the transmission network or the part of the transmission network as or as part of the hub transmission network for the hub. For applying this subdivision in relation to transmission assets mentioned in subsection (1) (b) — a reference to the hub controlled assets is a reference to the hub controlled assets for a regional energy hub that the transmission assets have become; and a reference to the relevant event is a reference to the commencement of the regulation under section 38 (1) or 39 that includes the transmission assets as hub controlled assets for the hub. s 58 amd 2025 No. 30 s 73 sch 1 (sec.58-ssec.1) This subdivision— applies in relation to a transmission network or a part of a transmission network if the transmission network or the part of the transmission network becomes the hub transmission network, or a part of the hub transmission network, for a regional energy hub; and applies in relation to transmission assets if the transmission assets become hub controlled assets for a regional energy hub. (sec.58-ssec.2) For applying this subdivision in relation to a transmission network or a part of a transmission network mentioned in subsection (1) (a) — a reference to the hub transmission network is a reference to the hub transmission network for a regional energy hub that the transmission network or the part of the transmission network has become or has become part of; and a reference to the relevant event is a reference to the commencement of the regulation under section 38 (1) or 39 that includes the transmission network or the part of the transmission network as or as part of the hub transmission network for the hub. (sec.58-ssec.3) For applying this subdivision in relation to transmission assets mentioned in subsection (1) (b) — a reference to the hub controlled assets is a reference to the hub controlled assets for a regional energy hub that the transmission assets have become; and a reference to the relevant event is a reference to the commencement of the regulation under section 38 (1) or 39 that includes the transmission assets as hub controlled assets for the hub.
