sec.56 Connection agreement for hub transmission network entered into under this part

This section applies in relation to a connection agreement for connection and access to the hub transmission network for a regional energy hub that is entered into in accordance with the national electricity laws except that— the agreement is entered into as provided under section 54 ; or the agreement includes an access standard negotiated under section 55 . The connection agreement is taken to be a connection agreement entered into in accordance with the National Electricity Rules. s 56 amd 2025 No. 30 s 73 sch 1 (sec.56-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a connection agreement for connection and access to the hub transmission network for a regional energy hub that is entered into in accordance with the national electricity laws except that— the agreement is entered into as provided under section 54 ; or the agreement includes an access standard negotiated under section 55 . (sec.56-ssec.2) The connection agreement is taken to be a connection agreement entered into in accordance with the National Electricity Rules.

• (a) the agreement is entered into as provided under section 54 ; or
• (b) the agreement includes an access standard negotiated under section 55 .
