sec.47 Approval of management plan

A proposed management plan prepared under subdivision 2 or 4 for a part of a Queensland region declared to be a regional energy hub under section 38 takes effect as the management plan for the hub when the management plan is approved by regulation. The Minister may recommend to the Governor in Council the making of a regulation approving a management plan for a regional energy hub only if the responsible Ministers are satisfied— the management plan complies with subdivision 1 ; and subdivision 2 has been complied with in relation to the management plan.
