sec.30 Compliance with directions
Powerlink must comply with a direction given to it by the Minister or responsible Ministers under this part. An act or decision of Powerlink’s board in purported implementation of a direction mentioned in subsection (1) is not invalid merely because of a failure to comply with the direction. s 30 amd 2025 No. 30 s 26 (sec.30-ssec.1) Powerlink must comply with a direction given to it by the Minister or responsible Ministers under this part.
