sec.25A Minister may request further information from Powerlink about report
Before a declaration is made under section 26 in relation to a candidate priority transmission investment, the Minister may request further information from Powerlink about— the report given by Powerlink under section 24 (2) (b) ; or any other matter relevant to the making of a declaration, and giving of a direction, for the investment under section 26 . The request must state the date by which the information must be given to the Minister. Powerlink must comply with the request. s 25A ins 2025 No. 30 s 22 (sec.25A-ssec.1) Before a declaration is made under section 26 in relation to a candidate priority transmission investment, the Minister may request further information from Powerlink about— the report given by Powerlink under section 24 (2) (b) ; or any other matter relevant to the making of a declaration, and giving of a direction, for the investment under section 26 . (sec.25A-ssec.2) The request must state the date by which the information must be given to the Minister. (sec.25A-ssec.3) Powerlink must comply with the request.
