sec.176 Review of particular parts of Act
The Minister must review the operation and effectiveness of part 7 of this Act as soon as practicable after the day that is 5 years after the commencement. The Minister must also review the operation and effectiveness of part 7 every 5 years after the review mentioned in subsection (1) . The Minister must table a report about the outcome of each review in the Legislative Assembly. s 176 amd 2025 No. 30 s 73 sch 1 (sec.176-ssec.1) The Minister must review the operation and effectiveness of part 7 of this Act as soon as practicable after the day that is 5 years after the commencement.
