Tasmania regulation
This Order sets fixed monthly percentage thresholds called the Prudent Storage Level (PSL) and the High Reliability Level (HRL) to be used under section 3A of the Energy Co-ordination and Planning Act 1995, and revokes the 2019 Order. It takes effect on Gazette notification. Operators and others who must meet storage or reliability requirements under the Act bear the compliance burden (PSL cl.4; HRL cl.5). The Order changes the numeric obligations against which those operators will be measured (revocation cl.6; commencement cl.2).
