(1) [Section 13 Subsection (1) amended by No. 41 of 2020, s. 6, Applied:27 Nov 2020] [Section 13 Subsection (1) amended by No. 42 of 2003, Sched. 1, Applied:04 Jul 2003] The Director, not later than 31 October after the end of each financial year, is to prepare and give to the Minister a report on –
(a) [Section 13 Subsection (1) amended by No. 41 of 2020, s. 6, Applied:27 Nov 2020] the performance of the Director's functions and the exercise of the Director's powers under this Act in relation to that financial year; and
(b) [Section 13 Subsection (1) amended by No. 41 of 2020, s. 6, Applied:27 Nov 2020] the progress made towards meeting the renewable energy targets set out in section 3C .
(2) The Minister is to cause a copy of the report to be laid on the table of each House of Parliament within 14 sitting days of the House after its receipt by the Minister.
