sec.97 Application of ss 68 and 69 to water entities for last 2 quarters of 2010–2011 financial year
This section applies to each water entity that is to become a scheme participant on 1 January 2011 under section 64A. For section 68(1) and (4), the water entity is taken to become a scheme participant on the commencement. For section 69, the forecasted costs of the water entity as a scheme participant for each of the 3rd and 4th quarters of the 2010–2011 financial year is $55,000. For part 8, division 2, the amount of $55,000 is taken to have been worked out under section 69. s 97 ins 2010 No. 53 s 47 amd 2012 No. 1 s 105 sch (sec.97-ssec.1) This section applies to each water entity that is to become a scheme participant on 1 January 2011 under section 64A. (sec.97-ssec.2) For section 68(1) and (4), the water entity is taken to become a scheme participant on the commencement.
