sec.87 Budget for first financial year
Section 74 does not apply for the following period— if the changeover day is a day on which a financial year starts—that financial year; otherwise—the period from the changeover day to the start of the next financial year.
- (a) if the changeover day is a day on which a financial year starts—that financial year;
- (b) otherwise—the period from the changeover day to the start of the next financial year.
