sec.81 Protection from liability
The energy and water ombudsman or an energy and water ombudsman officer does not incur civil liability for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this Act. If subsection (1) prevents a civil liability attaching to the energy and water ombudsman or an energy and water ombudsman officer, the liability attaches instead to the State. s 81 amd 2010 No. 53 s 3 sch 1 (sec.81-ssec.1) The energy and water ombudsman or an energy and water ombudsman officer does not incur civil liability for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this Act. (sec.81-ssec.2) If subsection (1) prevents a civil liability attaching to the energy and water ombudsman or an energy and water ombudsman officer, the liability attaches instead to the State.
