sec.7A What is a water entity and a withdrawn council
A water entity is— a distributor-retailer; or the Gold Coast City Council, Logan City Council or Redland City Council (each a withdrawn council ). s 7A ins 2010 No. 53 s 9 sub 2012 No. 1 s 80
- (a) a distributor-retailer; or
