sec.64A Scheme participants—water entities
A water entity is, or becomes, a scheme participant on or from— for a distributor-retailer—1 January 2011; or for a withdrawn council—1 July 2012. s 64A ins 2010 No. 53 s 33 sub 2012 No. 1 s 82
- (a) for a distributor-retailer—1 January 2011; or
- (b) for a withdrawn council—1 July 2012.
