sec.62 Officers not subject to outside direction
An energy and water ombudsman officer is not subject to direction by any person, other than from within the energy and water ombudsman office, about— the way the energy and water ombudsman’s powers for investigations are to be exercised; or the priority given to investigations. s 62 amd 2010 No. 53 s 3 sch 1
