sec.54 Restriction on outside employment
The energy and water ombudsman must not, without the Minister’s prior approval in each particular case— hold any office of profit other than that of energy and water ombudsman; or engage in any remunerative employment or undertaking outside the duties of that office. s 54 amd 2010 No. 53 s 3 sch 1
