sec.51 Appointment
The energy and water ombudsman is appointed by the Governor in Council. The energy and water ombudsman is appointed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 51 amd 2009 No. 25 s 83 sch ; 2010 No. 53 s 3 sch 1 ; 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.51-ssec.1) The energy and water ombudsman is appointed by the Governor in Council. (sec.51-ssec.2) The energy and water ombudsman is appointed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 .
