sec.27 When investigation starts
An investigation into a dispute referral starts if— the energy and water ombudsman has given an investigation notice for the dispute referral; and the dispute referral has not been withdrawn by the time stated in the investigation notice as the time when the energy and water ombudsman proposes to start the investigation. s 27 amd 2010 No. 53 s 3 sch 1
- (a) the energy and water ombudsman has given an investigation notice for the dispute referral; and
- (b) the dispute referral has not been withdrawn by the time stated in the investigation notice as the time when the energy and water ombudsman proposes to start the investigation.
