sec.25 Withdrawal of dispute referral
A dispute referral may be withdrawn at any time by the referrer. The withdrawal may be by oral or written notice to the energy and water ombudsman. On the withdrawal, any investigation relating to the dispute referral ends. The energy and water ombudsman must, as soon as practicable after receiving the notice under subsection (2) , give the other party written notice of the withdrawal. s 25 amd 2010 No. 53 s 3 sch 1 (sec.25-ssec.1) A dispute referral may be withdrawn at any time by the referrer. (sec.25-ssec.2) The withdrawal may be by oral or written notice to the energy and water ombudsman. (sec.25-ssec.3) On the withdrawal, any investigation relating to the dispute referral ends. (sec.25-ssec.4) The energy and water ombudsman must, as soon as practicable after receiving the notice under subsection (2) , give the other party written notice of the withdrawal.
