sec.17 Consultation with advisory council
The energy and water ombudsman must consult with the advisory council, as required under section 28 (6) , 74 or 75 . If— the advisory council gives the energy and water ombudsman advice; and the advice is given because of consultation required under subsection (1) or is within the council’s functions; the energy and water ombudsman must consider the advice in performing functions under this Act. s 17 amd 2010 No. 53 s 3 sch 1 (sec.17-ssec.1) The energy and water ombudsman must consult with the advisory council, as required under section 28 (6) , 74 or 75 . (sec.17-ssec.2) If— the advisory council gives the energy and water ombudsman advice; and the advice is given because of consultation required under subsection (1) or is within the council’s functions; the energy and water ombudsman must consider the advice in performing functions under this Act.

- (b) the advice is given because of consultation required under subsection (1) or is within the council’s functions;
