sec.16 Energy and water ombudsman not subject to direction
Subject to section 74 , the energy and water ombudsman is not subject to direction by anyone about— the way the energy and water ombudsman performs the energy and water ombudsman’s functions; or decisions on dispute referrals; or the priority given to investigations or the resolution of dispute referrals. s 16 amd 2010 No. 53 s 3 sch 1
