sec.113 Scheme participation by retailers and exempt sellers
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a retailer or an exempt seller was a scheme participant under pre-amended section 64. The retailer or exempt seller continues to be a scheme participant after the commencement. An obligation to pay a fee under this Act or any other obligation under this Act that accrued before the commencement continues after the commencement. In this section— commencement means the commencement of this section. pre-amended section 64 means section 64 as in force immediately before the commencement. s 113 ins 2013 No. 42 s 40 sub 2014 No. 48 s 106 (sec.113-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a retailer or an exempt seller was a scheme participant under pre-amended section 64. (sec.113-ssec.2) The retailer or exempt seller continues to be a scheme participant after the commencement. (sec.113-ssec.3) An obligation to pay a fee under this Act or any other obligation under this Act that accrued before the commencement continues after the commencement. (sec.113-ssec.4) In this section— commencement means the commencement of this section. pre-amended section 64 means section 64 as in force immediately before the commencement.
