sec.108 Existing information requirements
This section applies to an information requirement made of Allconnex that has not been complied with before the end of 30 June 2012. On 1 July 2012, the information requirement is taken to have been made of Allconnex’s successor about the same matter. In this section— information requirement means a requirement under section 29. s 108 ins 2012 No. 1 s 84 (sec.108-ssec.1) This section applies to an information requirement made of Allconnex that has not been complied with before the end of 30 June 2012. (sec.108-ssec.2) On 1 July 2012, the information requirement is taken to have been made of Allconnex’s successor about the same matter. (sec.108-ssec.3) In this section— information requirement means a requirement under section 29.
