sec.102 Continuation of former provisions for functions of energy and water ombudsman
The following provisions, as in force immediately before 1 July 2011, continue to apply in relation to the performance of the functions of, or referral of a dispute to, the energy and water ombudsman— section 11(2); section 13 (the relevant former provision ); section 19(b); section 22(4); section 23(1)(a). A reference in the relevant former provision to the Ambulance Cover Act is taken to be a reference to the repealed Community Ambulance Cover Act 2003 as continued under the Community Ambulance Cover Levy Repeal Act 2011 , part 2 . s 102 ins 2011 No. 20 s 49 amd 2011 No. 20 s 50 (sec.102-ssec.1) The following provisions, as in force immediately before 1 July 2011, continue to apply in relation to the performance of the functions of, or referral of a dispute to, the energy and water ombudsman— section 11(2); section 13 (the relevant former provision ); section 19(b); section 22(4); section 23(1)(a). (sec.102-ssec.2) A reference in the relevant former provision to the Ambulance Cover Act is taken to be a reference to the repealed Community Ambulance Cover Act 2003 as continued under the Community Ambulance Cover Levy Repeal Act 2011 , part 2 .
