9 Meetings
(1) A meeting may be conducted—
(a) in person, or
(b) remotely, or
(c) in person with some members attending remotely.
(2) A meeting conducted remotely, or in person with some members attending remotely, must be conducted in a way that ensures a member speaking on a matter at the meeting can be heard by the other members.
