(1) A committee must consist of the following members—
(a) the chairperson,
(b) the deputy chairperson,
(c) at least 1, but no more than 7, other members.
(2) Each member must be appointed by the Minister by written instrument.
(3) Each member may be appointed to a full-time office or a part-time office.
