### 126 Person’s communicator must communicate faithfully
> A person whom another person (the ***VAD person***) wishes to make relevant communications on behalf of the VAD person under [section 15](#GS15@EN) must not knowingly make, to the VAD person’s PMP, CMP or AHP, a communication for the purposes of this Act on behalf, or purportedly on behalf, of the VAD person, that is false or misleading.
