### 121 Person who suspects contravention of Act may notify Commission > > (1)  A person who suspects that a contravention of this Act is occurring, or has occurred, may notify the Commission of the suspected contravention. > > > (2)  If the Commission is notified under [subsection (1)](#GS121@Gs1@EN) of a suspected contravention of this Act, the Commission – > > > > > > (a) must record the details of the notice; and > > > > > > > (b) may (but is not required to) investigate the matter to which the suspected contravention relates; and > > > > > > > (c) may refer the matter to which the suspected contravention relates to such persons as the Commission thinks fit.
