### 120 Annual report
> > (1) The Commission must, on or before 31 October in each year, give to the Minister a report setting out details of the administration and operation of this Act during the financial year ending on 30 June of the year.

> > (2) [Subsection (1)](#GS120@Gs1@EN) does not apply in relation to the first financial year after the commencement of this section, if [Part 5](#HP5@EN) of this Act has not commenced before the end of 30 June of that financial year.

> > (3) The Minister must cause a copy of a report to be tabled in each House of Parliament within 5 sitting-days after the report is given to the Minister under [subsection (1)](#GS120@Gs1@EN) .
