### 111 Meetings of Commission > > (1)  Meetings of the Commission may be convened by the Executive Commissioner or by any 2 members of the Commission. > > > (2)  Three members of the Commission form a quorum at any duly convened meeting of the Commission. > > > (3)  A question arising at a meeting of the Commission is to be determined by a majority of votes of the members of the Commission present and voting at the meeting. > > > (4)  The Executive Commissioner is to preside at all meetings of the Commission. > > > (5)  If the Executive Commissioner is not present at a meeting of the Commission, a member of the Commission elected by the members present is to preside at that meeting. > > > (6)  The procedure for the calling of, and for the conduct of business at, meetings of the Commission is to be determined by the Commission.
