### 105 Supreme Court > > (1)  The Commission may state in the form of a special case for decision by the Supreme Court any question of law that may arise in the hearing of, or determination of, an application. > > > (2)  A party to proceedings who is aggrieved by a determination of the Commission under [section 103](#GS103@EN) may, within 14 days, appeal to the Supreme Court against the decision. > > > (3)  An appeal may be brought – > > > > > > (a) on a question of law, as of right; or > > > > > > > (b) on a question of fact, only with the leave of the Supreme Court. > > > (4)  The Supreme Court may, on an appeal under this section – > > > > > > (a) confirm the decision of the Commission; or > > > > > > > (b) set aside the decision of the Commission and substitute its own decision; or > > > > > > > (c) remit the matter back to the Commission for redetermination, with or without directions. > > > (5)  The Supreme Court may make any other order it thinks just in the circumstances.
