81 Outside employment—full‑time ESRA Board members
ESRA Board members to whom this section applies (1) This section applies to an ESRA Board member who holds office on a full‑time basis. No outside employment (2) An ESRA Board member must not engage in any paid employment outside the duties of his or her office without the Minister’s written approval.
