#### 53 Case Management Activity Agreements Additional conditions of accreditation (1) In addition to the conditions to which an entity’s accreditation is subject under the accreditation scheme, the accreditation is subject to the conditions mentioned in subsections (2) and (3). Copies of agreements to be sent to the CES (2) It is a condition of accreditation of an entity that, if the entity enters into a Case Management Activity Agreement, the entity will send a copy of the agreement to the CES as soon as practicable after the terms of the agreement have been approved under section 39. Information about compliance with agreements (3) It is a condition of accreditation of an entity that the entity must comply with a notice given to the entity under section 46 (which deals with information about compliance with Case Management Activity Agreements). This section does not limit accreditation scheme (4) This section does not, by implication, limit the generality of section 50 (which deals with conditions under the accreditation scheme).
