#### 48 Failure to comply with this Division may result in expulsion from the case management system Without limiting subsection 26(2), a determination under that subsection may specify that a person’s failure to comply with a requirement made of the person by or under this Division is a terminating event for the purposes of subsection 26(1). > Note: If such a determination were made, the person would cease to be a participant in the case management system.
