#### 43 Cancellation or review etc. of Case Management Activity Agreement Agreement may be varied, suspended, cancelled or reviewed (1) A Case Management Activity Agreement between a case manager and a person: (a) may be varied or suspended; and (b) if another Case Management Activity Agreement is made with the person—may be cancelled; and (c) may be reviewed from time to time at the request of either party to the agreement. Cancellation resulting from termination of referral (2) If: (a) a Case Management Activity Agreement between a case manager and a person is in force; and (b) a decision of the CES under section 30 to terminate the person’s referral to the case manager takes effect; the agreement is taken to be cancelled when the decision takes effect. > Note: The effect of section 593 of the Social Security Act 1991 and section 65 of the Student and Youth Assistance Act 1973 is that, as a general rule, a person is not qualified for newstart allowance or youth training allowance unless the person satisfies the activity test.
