#### 159 Date of effect of Social Security Appeals Tribunal decision (Case Management Activity Agreement decision) Application (1) This section applies to a decision under section 39 to the extent to which it relates to the terms of a Case Management Activity Agreement that is in force. Decision of Social Security Appeals Tribunal applies immediately (2) Subject to subsection (3), a decision by the Social Security Appeals Tribunal in relation to such a decision comes into operation immediately on the giving of the decision. Social Security Appeals Tribunal may specify later date (3) The Social Security Appeals Tribunal may specify in a decision that the decision is not to come into operation until a later day specified in the decision and, if it does so, the decision comes into operation on that later day.
