#### 146 Authorised review officers The Employment Secretary may, by writing, authorise an officer of the Department or, in accordance with service arrangements, the Chief Executive Officer or an employee of the Services Delivery Agency to perform duties for the purposes of this Part. A person authorised under this section is called an authorised review officer.
