#### 133 Return of identity cards issued to inspectors When section applies (1) This section applies if a person appointed as an inspector under section 131 ceases to be an inspector. Return of identity card (2) The person must not, upon so ceasing to be an inspector, fail to return to the ESRA Chief Executive Officer the identity card issued to him or her under section 132. Offence (3) A person who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes subsection (2) is guilty of an offence punishable on conviction by a fine not exceeding 1 penalty unit.
