#### 127 Effect of investigation by Auditor‑General When section applies (1) This section applies if ESRA becomes aware that a matter being investigated by it is, or is related to, a matter that is under investigation by the Auditor‑General. Suspension of investigation by ESRA (2) Except with the consent of the Auditor‑General, ESRA must not continue to investigate the matter until the investigation by the Auditor‑General has been completed.
