#### 119 Investigations by ESRA Investigations to be in response to a complaint or to be undertaken on ESRA’s own initiative (1) ESRA may investigate a matter if: (a) a complaint is made under section 118; or (b) ESRA considers that it is desirable to investigate the matter. > Note: Matter is defined by section 117. Minister may require ESRA to investigate a matter (2) ESRA must investigate a matter if the Minister asks ESRA to investigate the matter. > Note: Matter is defined by section 117.
