Complaints to ESRA (1) A person may complain to ESRA about a matter.
Note: Matter is defined by section 117.
Complaints to be in writing (2) A complaint must be in writing. Respondent to be specified in complaint (3) A complaint must specify, as the respondent in relation to the complaint, the entity against whom the complaint is made.
