114 Committees
Establishment of committees (1) The ESRA Board may, by writing, establish committees to assist it in performing any of its functions. Composition of committees (2) A committee consists of such persons as the ESRA Board from time to time appoints to the committee. Directions to committees (3) The ESRA Board may give a committee written directions about: (a) the way in which the committee is to carry out its functions; and (b) procedures to be followed in relation to meetings.
