#### 107 Extra matters to be included in annual report The annual report on ESRA under section 9 of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 must also include: (a) particulars of any directions given by the Minister under section 71 during the financial year; and (b) such additional information (if any) as is specified in the regulations.
