106Application of money held by ESRA

#### 106 Application of money held by ESRA Money held by ESRA must be applied only: (a) in payment or discharge of the costs, expenses and other obligations incurred by ESRA in the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers under this Act or any other law; and (b) in payment of any remuneration and allowances payable to any person under this Act or any other law; and (c) in making investments under subsection 18(3) of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997; and (d) in making any other payments which ESRA is authorised or required to make under this Act or any other law.
