63 Review
(1) The Minister shall, before 30 June 2000, cause a review to be conducted of the operations of the Council. (2) Any report on the findings of the review shall be laid by the Minister before each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the receipt of a report by the Minister.
