62 Delegation by Minister
(1) The Minister may delegate to the Chairperson of the Council all or any of his or her powers to grant leave of absence (other than leave of absence to the Chairperson of the Council) under this Act. (2) The Minister may delegate to:
(a) the Chairperson of the Council; or
(b) the Secretary, or an officer, of the Department;
all or any of his or her powers relating to the making of grants of financial assistance under Part VII. (3) The Minister may delegate his or her power under subsection 55(4) to the Secretary of the Department.
