35E Retirement from office
(1) The Governor‑General may, with the consent of the Chairperson, retire the Chairperson of the Council from office on the ground of invalidity. (2) The Minister may, with the consent of the Deputy Chairperson, retire the Deputy Chairperson of the Council (if one was appointed) from office on the ground of invalidity. (3) The Minister may, with the consent of the member, retire a member of the Council (other than the Chairperson) from office on the ground of invalidity.
