35A Outside employment
(1) If the Chairperson of the Council is appointed on a full‑time basis, he or she may not, except with the approval of the Minister, engage in paid employment outside the duties of his or her office. (2) A member of the Council appointed on a part‑time basis may not engage in any paid employment that, in the opinion of the Minister, conflicts with the proper performance of the functions of the member.
